Que l'ambassadeur des Etats-Unis a Kinshasa aille d'abord donner les cours de democratie dans les services de polices usa,qui prennent les citoyens noirs comme les lapins sur lesquels, sans raisons valables, on peut tirer ,abbattre ,assassiner ...au vu et su , de l'amerique democrate.
Ou est Human Right Watch qui s'insurge contre ces pratiques dans les autres cieux?
L'ex.us pres.G.W.Bush ,avec Blair, sans aucun mandat de l'ONU, au mepris de toutes les regles democratiques, en 2003, ont envahi un pays souverain l'Irak,tue son president,et les consequences de ce banditusme ont fait creer l'islamin state , et la suite, on voit comment le monde est en ebullution.C'est ca la lecon de democratie que ce usa ambassadeur veut defendre?

A horrific wave of violence strikes a peaceful protest in Dallas leaving 4 officers dead and seven other police officers injured in America's worst assault on police officers in recent memory. Also, one civilian was hit by a stray bullet.
Protests against the killing of two unarmed black men by police forces in Minnesota and Louisiana have turned tragic on Thursday night when two snipers shot 15 police officers — 4 Dallas Area Regional Transit police and 11 Dallas police officers — from a 7th floor perch.
At least four officers have been killed and several remain seriously injured per reports by the Dallas police chief. Additionally, Dallas police report that there may be several bombs planted throughout the city by the culprits.
Dallas police report that they have one suspect cornered while the second sniper remains unaccounted for. This continues to be an active shooter situation and a developing story.
Throughout the country there have been other outbreaks of passion, unrest, or violence during nationwide protests but nothing on the scale of the tragedy that now grips the city of Dallas, Texas.
The situation that has struck the city of Dallas appears to be completely out of control with police stuck in panic mode at this point. Initial reports indicate that police have arrested one individual wearing body armor who was brandishing a weapon, but it appears this individual is not connected to the two snipers who have rained terror upon the city.
American TV channels are broadcasting live reports of unrest from different cities of the country.
In Washington, according to participants, about a thousand people gathered to protest. According to the reports, the protesters broke through the fence around the building of the US Congress.
Fox News Channel shows unrest and reports shooting in Dallas (Texas). According to the information from DART (Dallas Active Rapid Transport), four policeman is dead, others got injuries.
One of the shooters was "neutralized" and the second is currently on the 7th floor of parking garage in the Bank of America building with AR-15 and body armor, some reports say.
The protest in Dallas came after two African-American men were shot and killed by police in separate incidents that were widely shared on social media.
